Contact Appointment

1. If you are reserving an appointment for the first time, you will be registered in the online appointment system. The next time you would like to make an appointment you can then log in to the system ("Login" link) rather than entering all of your data again.

2. Once you have decided the day and the time for which you would like to schedule an appointment, select this appointment and then "Click here to confirm your appointment".

3. You can choose between booking as a "Registered user" or as a "New User". If you are a new user, please enter the requested data.

4. After selecting your appointment and filling out the form, click "Send". You will receive a confirmation mail with a link you must click to validate your appointment..
