Your safety approved by the TÜV Süd!

Since 10th of July 2009 our office in Berlin-Lichtenrade is approved for patient´s safety. After intensive assessment of our practice, team members and workflows we are now TÜV certified according to ISO 2000/9001. The final audit for our second site in Blankenfelde - Mahlow will follow in October 2009.

We are regularly analyzing:

  • The quality of each inserted appliance
  • The reasons of each complaint
  • The quality of each orthodontic treatment according to a scientific index (PAR-Index)
  • Your waiting time

Toll wenn versucht wird auch Schwachstellen heraus zu filtern, um diese verbessern zu können. Für mich als Patientin ein sehr gutes Zeichen.
