A goal of an orthodontic treatment should be, in addition to good function, always the so-called „Hollywood Smile“ or „toothpaste smile“. A tooth brace is the basic pre-condition in addition. Often the visual situation is, however, not yet complete after treatment with the tooth brace, therefore some supplementary measures are still open to the orthodontist.
