Precautions
Some tooth and jaw problems are caused by bad habits, which can crucially affect the health of the teeth and the general health of the child.
One can see children, after three years old, with a pronounced bad position of the incisors caused by sucking the thumb or a dummy and a retraction of the lower jaw. Children, who often suffer from illnesses in the upper air tracts, often have often an underdeveloped upper jaw. These are only two examples.

Anti-sucking Program
We have arranged special programs for patients who suck their fingers. These programs are accomplished in stages and begin with light exercises and end with equipment installed firmly in the mouth for particularly “stubborn” patients.
