Metal brackets are the classic of fixed braces.

The various metal bracket systems differ widely in quality and size. Metal brackets are the most robust variant of fixed braces due to their material properties.

Mini Brackets

We are pleased to recommend the Equilibrium mini bracket by Dentaurum. This is currently the smallest bracket available on the international market. Programming the final tooth position into these brackets is carried out according to the MBT system, one of the most modern tooth position definitions worldwide.

Nickel-free brackets

Menzanium® Brackets

For hypersensitive patients with a documented nickel allergy. A similar very robust variant of metal brackets, which are just slightly larger than mini brackets. Absolutely nickel-free.

For hypersensitive patients with proven nickel allergy and allergy certificate. Another very robust variant of metal brackets, but they have a slightly larger dimension than mini brackets. The brackets are absolutely nickel-free.

The smooth surfaces allow for good dental care.

For nickel allergic people

In general, all of the products we use are nickel-free according to ISO 6871-1. To meet the specific needs of high-grade allergic patients we offer our nickel-free range of metal brackets; alternatively, ceramic brackets can be chosen. The extra costs are covered by health insurance upon submission of an allergy pass.
