Diagnosis, Procedure & Start of Treatment
We are looking forward to your visit.
We will be happy to advise you about the necessity and the treatment options. You can make a non-binding treatment appointment by phone or online in one of our practices. You can find us 6x in Berlin and Brandenburg.
Important documents for the first examination.
Please bring the filled out anamnesis questionnaire and a consent form to the first examination. You can easily download the medical history form here and fill it out and print it directly on the computer.
Also, please bring the following to your first appointment:

Your insurance card
-
recent X-ray images (if available) or
-
current models (if available)
X-rays and models, however, we can alternatively request the records directly from your dentist or orthodontist if you wish.
1st Appointment:
Diagnostics
Your wishes
At the first appointment, you describe the problem and your wishes, and we get an idea of the situation by taking an orthodontic report and getting an impression of the general dental health of you or your child.

If an orthodontic treatment is desired, further diagnostic material is required.
This can be done immediately and takes 5 to 25 minutes, depending on the findings and available documents. However, you can also make another appointment for this.
Our physicians evaluate all X-rays and models in detail.
If a cost estimate for your health insurance company is required, the treatment plan must be submitted first. We will prepare this submission.
2nd Appointment:
Treatment and Financial Plan
At your next appointment, we will present you with the treatment options. If you then decide for treatment in our practice, we will send the application to the health insurance company. As soon as we receive an answer, we will contact you and the treatment can begin.
3rd Appointment:
Start of Treatment
After the treatment plan has been approved by the insurance companies, or after you have agreed to our treatment proposal, the treatment can start immediately.
