ADENTICS ACADEMY: Excellence in employee development - empowerment and training with expert coaching

As part of our ADENTICS ACADEMY, which always supports our new employees in their onboarding process with theoretical specialist knowledge and practical exercises from the field of orthodontics, we also offer regular coaching and further training for personnel development for our existing employees. The areas of work range from reception and billing to team leaders, treatment coordinators and our doctors.

Communication and empowerment are at the heart of our work with the fantastic Axel Thüne, who carefully coaches and develops our team in these areas:

Representing and living the value of the practice

This already happened last year at our Lichtenrade location, as well as last week at our location in Berlin-Mitte, and further follow-up appointments for the ADENTICS team are already planned for next September.
