ARD Brisant asks – ADENTICS orthodontist Prof. Dr. Dr. Dr. h.c. Ralf J. Radlanski provides his orthodontic assessment of the new trend.
An unusual trend is the talk of the town – and ADENTICS was right in the middle of it!
The ARD magazine BRISANT interviewed our orthodontist Prof. Dr. Dr. Dr. h.c. Ralf J. Radlanski at our Berlin-Mitte location about a current phenomenon: pacifiers for adults – a trend that has come to us from the USA and China.
Whether for reassurance, better sleep, or to boost self-confidence, more and more adults are turning to pacifiers. However, what may seem harmless at first glance can have significant consequences for dental and jaw health.
In the TV report, Prof. Radlanski explains clearly and comprehensively the medical risks associated with this behavior and why adults should think twice before “sucking.”
