ADENTICS Welcome Week - Winter term 2025
Welcome to the team! 🎉 Our three new trainees and new employees in Karow, Lichtenberg and Lichtenrade are starting an exciting new phase with the ADENTICS Academy - including theory, practice and, of course, a traditional welcome surprise! 🍩🎁
The ADENTICS Academy, represented by Katharina Hagemann, accompanied them through the first week - with theoretical input, practical inspections and an introduction to our structures. This gave everyone the best possible preparation for their new daily routine.
At the end, of course, there were traditional donuts, school cones and little surprises! A perfect start to the team!
