We say thank you for an incredible 20 years of loyalty!
We already announced it yesterday: This year is the year of anniversaries at ADENTICS. And this one today gives us particular pleasure. This morning we were able to congratulate our Kathrin on TWENTY (!!!) years of service and surprise her with a team breakfast at the Schulzendorf site, where she now works as a practice manager.
In 2001 Kathrin started in Lichtenrade as a dental assistant for reception, treatment and billing. After an external training, she focused on the billing of orthodontic services and the associated administration. In 2008 she accompanied the opening of our Mahlow location and took over the tasks of billing and administration there for 2 years.
Then, in 2016, she opened the Schulzendorf location, where she has worked as a practice manager and in billing ever since.
During her time with us, Kathrin has had two children, but she herself states that she even now considers ADENTICS her second family.
Kathrin receives an appropriate bonus from us as an extra thank you for her many years of loyalty, in addition she is honored with a certificate from the dental association and after the great surprise breakfast with the management and her Schulzendorf team she can also go on vacation for the time being ;-)
